Working from Home is Good

I have been blessed to work from home in the last 14+ years. And the benefits are good too - with medical benefits, EPF, SOCSO, free meals daily, paying of utilities and rental of the unit to the company. This is all possible because my boss used my name to open up an enterprise company and while he helmed the SME, I did all the computer, secretarial and admin work besides updating the website that brings in 90% of the business. Some particular 2nd sister-in-law is very jealous as I did not help her daughter in computers and employ her, but hey, I did not go to university for free either. I had to pay through my nose for the exorbitant fees and slowly pay back the student loan that I took month by month. My parents did not help me as much as my younger sisters where they had excess money to tour Europe and USA as a gift for graduating!

Planning to go to Dubai next year with someone special

Now I got bitten by the travel bug. I hope to travel to Dubai via Emirates with someone special and this time really enjoy my trip. Youngest sister was too bossy for my own good. Besides, I missed the helicopter ride just because dad poured cold water to my plans and brainwash youngest sister that it was dangerous to fly in a helicopter! What utter rubbish! The weather was excellent and well, I just missed the opportunity. Sister was supposed to pay for me, but somehow my parents rather she used the money to buy vitamins for them instead!

My youngest sister is going to China

My youngest sister will be going to Fuchou, China from Penang and transit in Hong Kong before flying to the destination. She will be there for 1 week for work together with her colleagues of about 6 of them. She is a very capable manager, able to play 'tai chi' and survive the office politics and manage people well. She is also busy attending weddings and friend's parent's funerals. Being a lector in her church, she is comfortable with public speaking and reading out the scriptures. Thereafter, we both will travel to New Zealand for holidays from 14th to 24th December 2017. Later on, after dinner, I will do the company work and then continue writing for Writer Bay which has so many assignments.

Might travel to KL tomorrow

I am happy working in my home office small office or abbreviated as SOHO. Early tomorrow morning, I might just follow my colleague to Rawang for a meeting and then he will drive back the same day at night thereafter. It is very rushed, but he has a lot of logistics and planning to do in Penang. There's going to be a new job that requires Autocad drawings of the various courts for the client, a PhD holder to view before he approves the project. Apparently, he is the head honcho for the private school. Later, on I shall go back to my parents' home to pass the RM 438 for the car maintenance of Myvi that dad drives. Very soon, it is monthly allowance giving the first of every month!

The retirement conundrum

NEXT year, about 100,000 workers who should have retired at 55 in the second-half of 2013 will finally leave the workforce at 60 years old.

In other words, after a period of five years where zero mandatory retirements took place – within the private sector at least – we will have some 100,000 workers leaving their jobs.

Recall, within the private sector, the retirement age was upped to 60 from 55 in 2013, when the Minimum Retirement Age Act kicked in.

Within the civil service, the minimum retirement age in the government service was increased gradually, from 55 to 56 in 2001, 58 in 2008 and eventually to 60 in 2012.

Exactly, what kind of implications can be expected from the sudden influx of retirees? Equally important, what are some of the measures that can be taken to mitigate the negative impact, if any?

Malaysian Employers Federation executive director Datuk Shamsuddin Bardan says firstly, this will result in the re-opening of the replacement market, which has not been available in the last five years – but only to a certain extent.
“Every year, there are about 200,000 new graduates entering the job market with another 300,000 school leavers also entering the workforce, but this (retirees leaving their jobs) may not necessarily translate into increasing chances of these graduates getting jobs.

“Companies have become very careful in hiring now, and they may not fill up the positions (that the retirees will leave vacant) due to the prevailing weak economic conditions,” Shamsuddin tells StarBizWeek.

Will this affect productivity?

Yeah Kim Leng, a professor of economics at Sunway University Business School, says whether or not productivity will be affected is more company-specific than anything else.

“Companies will need to weigh out the cost versus benefit in their hiring decisions,” he says.

Having said that, it is difficult to quantify intangible costs and benefits.

The current unemployment rate in Malaysia stands at about 3.5%, translating to about 600,000 people being unemployed.

“The question is whether the retirees have enough retirement savings,” Yeah says.

To be sure, although the mandatory retirement is at 60, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) withdrawal is still maintained at 55.

“What this (ageing population) could also mean is that the dependency ratio, which measures the number of dependants one has, will start to increase and on a macro level, this could pose a greater burden on the overall economy.”

According to Yeah’s back of the envelope calculations, to retire comfortably in the Klang Valley, one would need about RM5,000 a month, RM60,000 year or a total of RM1.2mil just for living expenses, assuming one life to about 80 years old. This is also on the assumption that there are no more debts to be serviced.

“If the lower-income people under the B40 category can move toward the middle-income group (M40), the financial burden of those who are being depended on will lessen as time goes by.”

According to Socio Economic Research Centre executive director Lee Heng Guie, the demographic shift towards a higher proportion of the ageing population which he describes as “unprecedented”, threatens to impact productivity, economic output and economic welfare which requires a social, political and economic change at all levels.

Firstly, the vast numbers of experienced workers who retire from the labour force will cause capital to become scarce and result in reduced savings in pension funds, Lee says.

However, Sunway’s Yeah says that pension funds like the EPF already have surplus savings, which means that this is hardly an issue.

My TAT Test Results

Just click on the TAT test above to see my score more clearly that I just took this morning. It was taken from this link >> http://www.utpsyc.org/TATintro/LIWCTATresults.php. It is a Psychology and Language: Projective test:

Based on the image given in the link above, below is my article written for 10 minutes straight:

There are 2 ladies in a chemistry lab. One of them is observing while the other is filling a set of beakers with liquid from a pipette. They are wearing the standard white lab coats as in any chemistry lab. The lady doing the test has to be careful with the measurements to an accurate test.

The chemical compound could be hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid or even alkaline with Ph reading of more than 7 while acids have Ph readings of less than 7. The lower the reading, the more acidic and caustic the compound. The highest alkaline reading is Ph 14.

The lady observing is probably a student learning from her teacher or mentor in chemistry. Chemical engineering is a much sought after work and employment. Though there are not many chemistry graduates, it is a much sought after profession to do research and test out new products in a lab. New foods, ester, flavourings, and the like are discovered by chemical scientists with constant testing in a chemistry lab with different compounds.

Women tend to be more cautious and careful in their readings and their patience makes them suitable for lab testing and chemical research. One has to work alone most of the time and this is suitable for meticulous research assistants without any political struggles, unlike an office.

Need to write some articles later

I installed a free software to check for spellings, grammar, etc as I write and type on the go. It is a very useful tool to use and increases credibility and probability to get hired for writing articles as a higher pay. Otherwise, all your mistakes will show up and no writing is perfect without using this technology. My second sister had recommended me to install this software before, but I procrastinated then. Having installed it successfully, it has helped in my writing by leaps and bounds. And I am thankful for this little tip to help improve my writing to another level! There are many graduates working as freelance writers, such as yours truly on a part-time basis, whenever I am free and in the mood to write

In the company of her ’investments’

MOST people with entrepreneurial aspirations tend to forget that a big part of running a business is about managing people.

Acestar Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Natalie Sit was once like that.

When Sit founded her company in 2008, she thought she would be able to get by doing what she was good at.

“At the time, I thought business was about sales, and since I was good at sales, I thought I could handle it,” she said.

She soon realised that being a good employer and leader was just as important as being a good entrepreneur.

When Sit started her IT firm, she was only able to hire two workers. That meant she had to do most of the work on her own, from sales to deliveries and accounts, among other things. She became more of an operator rather than a business owner.

Sit (third from left) with her team at their recent company holiday in the Maldives.

Sit and her small team worked very hard to grow the company and the stress took a toll on all of them; Sit ended up having to take long medical leave twice and her employees resigned.

“I wasn’t a good leader at that time. Everything depended on me. I thought giving my employees a salary to work for me was good enough, but I didn’t build my team and I had no confidence in them,” she admitted.

When she came back from her second medical leave to an empty company, Sit considered quitting the business. But the support of her husband and friend spurred her to continue her journey as an entrepreneur.

Only this time, she aimed to do things differently.

“I became clearer about our vision and mission. Earlier, the leader wasn’t leading the organisation so the team didn’t know where the company was heading,” she said.

Sit attended a business course in the United States, which inspired her to build her team with the right culture in her company.

She started spending more time with her employees and looked into opportunities to train her staff and help them develop their potential. She makes it a point to get to know her employees on an individual level and remains connected with her team.

Sit says it’s important to provide direction for your employees so that they know where the company is headed.

By spending time with them, Sit was able to better assess their strengths to place them in relevant roles.

This also helps her find out what motivates them to do better.

“You need to put them in the right position to fully utilise their potential. You need to know their strengths and ask yourself whether you need this strength in the company or not. If yes, then develop them and send them for the right training,” she said.

Even company trips are opportunities to train her team.

Her employees take turns to plan the trips, including researching itineraries and logistics arrangements. They also take turns to be tour guides during the trips.

Sit said this gives them the exposure and experience to plan and organise events and also gives them confidence to carry plans out.

She also ensures that her team remains energetic and passionate about their work.

To start the week, the team at Acestar gathers for their Monday morning dance. It helps to get everyone at their peak energy level, said Sit.

The weekly dance apparently has worked out well for the team. In fact, it has worked so well that Sit often carries out a dance routine at Acestar’s events to get the participants pumped up.

“It’s not just about your business, but about your team,” she said.

When the team is taken care of, they will, in turn, take care of the clients, she said. This will ensure the business continues to do well.

Her new approach helped Acestar grow on better footing.

With a stronger team in place, Sit was able to explore other business-related activities.

But building a team is not a one-off effort, she added.

“Employees are not just about giving them a job and a salary. They are our biggest asset.

“We must provide a platform for people to gain confidence and grow. We need to enable our employees to be the next group of leaders,” she said.

Sit noted that Acestar’s practice is different from the IT industry norm.

For going the extra mile, Acestar won the Silver award for Best Employer in the Up to RM25mil revenue category at The Star Outstanding Business Awards 2016.

Sit also took home the Female Entrepreneur of the Year in the Up to RM25mil category.

“Being a business owner is not just about making money but about growing people. At the end of the day, people stay with you because they see a future here. Always invest in people, not just reward them,” she said.

Working at Home has its Benefits

I am so relieved that the internet is restored now. I can continue to work by the computer; - blogging and writing articles again. I also have very good social life! My puppy Leia and 4 Holland Lop bunnies - 2 pure white, 2 brown mixed with long-haired Angora. They are Snowy, the leader, Snow, Brownie and Tom. My pets are so loveable and cute. And the good thing is that my spouse does all the cleaning and feeding. I do the stroking of fur and it is so cathartic and de-stressing. Animals make ideal companions as in my case, I don't have to clear the pee and poop. They are high maintenance, but they keep my boss happy and occupied. He can connect with them and feel a sense of authority taking good care of them with tender loving attention.

Mentally Tired

I am mentally tired; slept around 1:30am last night and used Facebook Messenger to chat with my SFI upline to register my e-commerce site at TheLovelyShop123.com and what the benefits are, besides how to register. It is touted to be the largest online e-commerce with connections round the world and Vaser Points are given for each purchase. How attractive is that? Now I have 4-5 big bags full of books and stamp albums and coins that I plan to sell via Mudah, eBay or Shopify. I am still learning Shopify as much as I can and make modifications to it while looking for that winning product to sell online.

Go into Business if you Want to be Wealthy

If you find difficulties working for others, then go into e-commerce business and be your own boss, calling the shots and work as and when you like. There is time and money freedom. Working for others is a stepping stone to future success as you encounter failure after another; but learnt something on the job. Successful business is the only way to be wealthy and have financial freedom . You can also take power naps in between work to rest and recuperate. The revenues generated are limitless and the sky is the limit. You can work as hard as you want or take a break when you need it. But most important of all, if to have determination and motivation to continue in this daily grind of repetitive work.

Working at Home is a Dream

Working at home with regular income is a dream for many. I get the benefits of an MNC employee or manager in Bayan Lepas. There's EPF contribution, SOCSO, medical benefits where my boss / partner drives me to the clinic and waits patiently, pays the medical bills and free meals daily - breakfast, lunch and dinner. All utilities are also paid by the company and I also get rental income from renting out my unit in Rhythm Avenue, Subang Jaya. Also the assessment and quit rent, utilities are all paid for by the company that I work for to prosper it. The boss knows it and rewards me in kind.

Tired but Happy

I am mentally tired, but happy. It could be due to the other day working on a Sunday until 11:40pm at night sending out 25 files. Now I have to prepare a company profile for another meeting this week. My puppy was brought back from a Pet Boarding place and she stayed there for 4 nights costing $60 plus $15 for bathing and another $80 for special diet of powder to grow her fur even more. She has been dropping lots of fur lately. I have also set up my OpenCart and more or less learnt up the features to link to a payment gateway and a also listing products successfully. I plan to sell during this Christmas.

2 places to visit on Monday

Next week on a Monday in 2 days time, we shall visit 2 places before heading home by car to Penang. We are using my aunt's E250 Mercedes that was left unattended for many months. I just printed the company profile, bought a slip on file and paper to print out as required by the client. We are so busy all year round and there is something to do every moment. Either reading the news, blogging, writing articles or checking emails and typing quotations. But I am Not complaining; in fact I enjoy working and resting like taking power naps in between work. Life ia a day of blessings one after another and I live in the moment, NOW. I no longer regret the pass nor worry about the future anymore.

Going Back on Monday

I am now staying in my KL condo and I was surprised there was a weekly Pasar Malam every Fridays. Well, was rather curious and elated that business like cheap hawkers are peddling their food near my condo. Bought myself 2 satin pyjamas, an Indian themed long skirt and 3 bottles of drinks - 'lo han kuo', boiled lemongrass with ginger and chlorophyll drink. There was many patrons dining the sffordable food hawker style with a phletora of food of many varieties. My colleague bought sticky rice with sliced black Shitake mushrooms topped with chopped spring onlines, peanuts, fried onions and dried anchovies. Yummy!

Writing for the Fay Khoo Award

I have decided to write for the Fay Khoo Award of RM3,000 with Malaysia Airlines flying the winner from anywhere in ASEAN region to Penang for the prize receiving ceremony. Fay Khoo is a fellow Penangite who had passed on due to cancer. She reads prolificly and was working as an editor who was passionate about food. Well, in Penang, it is about food tourism with its famous street foods that about in the state. For any submission, just >>Click Here.

Since there is nothing to lose, well, I decided to try this just for fun and don't mind the RM 20.00 in administrative fees. I may be an introvert, perferring to be alone, but there is no harm writing and being in touch with the judges, is there? So, I have to get out of my comfort zone and start keying away while snapping up photos for the contest.

Some Work to Finish

Even as I blog here in my spare time and in between work, there are more to be done - a quotation and a tax invoice to create. We are blessed that our company website brings in much of the enquiries and dough for the employees to feed their loved ones. As for me, I give $850 monthly to dad for the household expenses. Sometimes I also contribute more for a few hundred dollars for the repair and purchasing of washing machine or refrigerator that broke down after many years of usage. It is just like maintaining a car - paying for servicing and spare parts change. Even neighbours are curious to my priviledge position to work in a comfortable home office doing administrative job and much travelling.

Power Attracts People

According to Suze Orman, a financial guru who grew up in a black neighbourhood slum, power attracts people, and people attract money. Hence, power attracts money. This is so true. When one is a bankrupt and struggling, you find he does not have any friends or relatives wanting to be close to him. But the moment he is prosperous, people come scrambling like bees to honey, all after one thing - his finances and how he can treat them gourmet restaurant food. They even want to stay near him and tell him directly, if he passes on, give some money to her! "Why work so hard and make so much money? Please, give me the excess!" his sister intruded. Yes, vultures are waiting to feast on a dead body, but that's another story for another day.

I miss my Pup

This morning, we sent Leia to a pet boarding or pet 'hotel' as we have to travel to KL for work and business. I kinda miss her presence as she is so loveable, despite all the poop and pee in her enclosure. She is part of the family now and a furry kid. Her weight has gone up quite a bit since we have increased the feeding frequency with treats in between. She is active and sociable. On August 20th, she is exactly 4 months old; and immunised 3 times already for diseases. Those who own pets will understand the friendship and loyalty a dog gives to its owner, despite the extra expenses incurred like her gourmet food, toys, enclosure, cage, etc. I will not trade Leia for another dog as we have grown accustomed to her antics.

Bought a MoonCup Yesterday

I bought a mooncup yesterday from Lazada e-commerce website. A search on Google to purchase a mooncup in Malaysia immediately shows the Lazada website on the first page and right at the top. Hence, I registered and paid via my Public bank online for RM 13 inclusive of GST. As I use a pad and tampon, at night, the flow could be quite heavy in the first 3 days. I got to know about mooncup from a facebook review and it was something new at that point in time. I'm glad I discovered it online. This will reduce my expenditure on expensive tampons and pads, while reducing the stains on the bedsheets, if any. Today is Sunday, and I plan to do some work like keying data for Purchase Receive of more than 10 pages to claim GST from the customs.

Wrote 3 articles yesterday

Yesterday was a writing marathon for me: I wrote 3,000 words plus of 1,000 words each article, totalling 3 articles for a travel website with links to booking hotels, Airbnbs, HomeAway, VRBO, Agoda, etc. In my free time, I am still able to moonlight part time writing articles to keep me occupied for hours working away. But I am happy, as I know this will contribute towards my savings for retirement. And I know that time was well invested and well spent. Since I hardly watch telly, this is a form of investment in myself towards my goal of retiring wealthy. I plan to have a golden retirement and not a woeful one having to beg from other people or be at their mercy for my upkeep at the extreme end of the spectrum. I know a Singapore church 'friend' who is a retiree now is depending on the church and friends to be her business partner for an online platform of unfranchise business, whatever that means

Having a Dream Job

Many people will 'kill' to have a dream job like mine. I guess I am the envy of his relatives' kids who wish to have it easy like working at home. But before I had this dream job, I had to work outside and strive it on my own in Singapore and in Penang. Life in corporate world is not easy and it is survival of the fittest. Politics also play a big part, adding to more stress and unnecessary worries. They want easy money without having to sweat it out. Doesn't that apply for most people? That's how my aunt was cheated by daniel lee, my cousin and her 3rd brother's youngest son who had finished National Service in Singapore. He did not graduate, fool around but is now a millionaire, since 3rd aunt was cheated of Singapore Dollars two million to buy a property in Cambodia. She has a penchance for property investment overseas and knowing this, lazy daniel conned poor aunt of her money despite being in her twilight years! I think daniel should be punished! He had the guts to boast that he 'won' S$1 million in the casino! What utter baloney!

Work to begin soon

I woke up today and my puppy was already waiting outside the door of my bedroom. She could sense that I was coming out soon. After a cup of milk with vitamins and supplements, it was her time to have breakfast. But before that I had to clear her pee near her cage. She takes pet kibbles with warm water to soften the food. Then I gave her the gel vitamins squeezed from a tube and shortly later, she pooped at the place where her former cage was in my computer room. We pray for Leia say grace first, before she is allowed to eat her food. This is to teach her patience and not to get overly excited at seeing her food right in front of her. Thereafter, I did the usual work looking for microjobs before doing the job proper of my boss at around 9:00am.

Forest City launches RM470mil IBS plant

GELANG PATAH: Forest City has launched its first Industrialised Building System (IBS) manufacturing plant worth RM470mil located within the mega development here.

The 7.24ha plant, designed for making precast building materials, was built with the latest technology and modern machinery from Italy, Germany and China, said Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd executive director Datuk Md Othman Yusof during the launch on Friday.

“The establishment of this supply chain will be cost effective, efficient and environmentally friendly, which is an apt and timely response to the nation’s call for promoting a green construction industry,” he said.

Md Othman said the first factory is one of three that would be built in the first phase of the IBS base under the smart and green flagship Forest City.

“The projected cost of the whole IBS base will be RM2.6bil, which will house up to six factories,” he added.

IBS is a technique where components are made in a controlled environment and assembled into construction works.

Accountant came yesterday

My company accountant came yesterday to settle the GST payment being the last day to pay for the period of April - June 2017. I had to typed in the Purchase Receive and Tax Invoices while she wraps up the bit and pieces here and there before I logged into the system to pay online via our bank account. She was the accountant for the late Karpal Singh for 10 years before his departure due to an untimely accident while on the way back from KL to Penang to attend a court case. She also asked me to keep a record of all supplier's Statement of Account regardless of the company and our bank statements from January to June 2017. Well, she is more diligent now since our company got random customs check recently.

Shuttlers hope for career spark with Games gold

SHUTTLERS Teo Ee Yi-Ong Yew Sin are using next month’s Kuala Lumpur SEA Games as their career launching pad.

The world No. 22 men’s doubles pair have done quite well to establish themselves as the national No. 2 over the last one year but have yet to win any significant titles.

They have won one title – the second-tier Bitburger Open – in Germany last year.

Winning the gold at the Aug 19-30 Games will be a perfect boost to Ee Yi-Yew Sin’s confidence.

“It’ll be great to win our first big title at our first SEA Games in front of the home fans, but it’ll not be easy,” said the 24-year-old Ee Yi.

“The Indonesians and Thais will be our main challengers,” he added.

Expectations are high on Ee Yi-Yew Sin to make up for the absence of Rio Olympic silver medallists Tan Wee Kiong-Goh V Shem at the Games. Wee Kiong-V Shem will be taking part in the World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland, from Aug 21-27.

Might Go Down South This Week

I might go down to KL this sometime this week to collect a cheque and my boss will attend to other matters. If he decides to go down, it will be last minute and we have to put my puppy, Leia into a pet hotel or pet store. Well, she has to learn to be caged up for some time instead of roaming around freely in my computer room or apartment. So, far her temperament is quite good already, not barking non-stop and disturbing the surroundings. She barks for a while and then stop, giving me some peace to continue working with her behind me. Well, you see, her cage and lots of toys are in my computer room as well, since this condo is a 2-bedroom layout. Should we go down, we will use my aunt's car E250 of a newer model to drive down for business.

The Iceberg Illustration

The above is the Iceberg illustration of people seeing your success that is one third of the 2 thirds of failures, hard work, persistence, several disappointments, sacrifices, dedication and discipline that people do Not see your privacy. For instance, I have had to work in several companies in Singapore and learnt on the job the basics in using a computer to be effective now in my job. What they don't see is the hard work and discipline to learn new things and also disappointments as I had to work as a sales assistant when I returned to Penang to start afresh. I could sense that I am the envy of some of his relatives since I get to work at home and also travel frequently with him. Many would kill to be in my position. But nevertheless, nothing is free, and I don't have time to mentor his niece which is the main reason for all the envy and hatred. Afterall, I did not go to university for free! So, don't ask me to teach and mentor for FREE!

So Busy Today

I was mentally tired just now after typing and amending the quotations according to the client's wishes. My boss was too busy on the phone to pay full attention to what was typed via email by the client. Since I know my boss' English to not too good, I had to take the initiative to overide his instructions as I know that is Not what the client wants and will definitely requrests for more amendments and giving the impression that the company cannot take simple instructions. Because of this, I had a headache trying to amend the little stuffs on an image software. Almost the whole day, I listen to my boss repeated the same instructions to the same worker who is a little slow to pick up what was required in his line of work.

Going down south tomorrow

Early tomorrow morning, I shall be travelling by car using my aunt's E250 that we need to help maintain as she is in Singapore and suffering from dementia. We have to go down to KL and stay there for a couple of days for work. Though I used to get uncalled for remarks from her, she is still close to my heart and I pray for her health. She is in her eighties and in need of company. As a boss, she had done unpleasant things in the past, but nevertheless, we were close at that point in time when I was a student, many years ago. Now, I have someone else in my life who happens to be my boss and partner and can no longer devote time to my aunt. Only mom and youngest sister who is still single meet her there in Singapore yearly. As I have a health condition that makes it hard to work outside, I have to endure working at home at times with a partner who may have emotional issues out of the blue, due to the past and present situation.

Blessed to work at home

I sense that I am the envy of my spouse's relatives as I have a dream job to work at home and they wish to emulate me, hoping that I could mentor them and teach them computer. But no! I did not go to university for free and even his sister was paid for giving tuition. So, there won't be free mentoring or lessons from me on how to build a website, use the different applications, etc. I had to go through the hard way and learn on the job in Singapore. The various jobs that I was working for taught me different skills that make me now more capable of working at a home office with a fax machine, multi-functional printer, scanner, 2 laptops and iPhone camera. And this is my longest employment of 13+ years with the same company while the boss is my spouse. Yes, you can say I am a partner in this business as well.

Articles to update

Today I have 1 article to update and to be approved as draft first before writing it for Trip101.com. There is a lawyer turned travel journalist based in the UK also writing for Trip101.com. There are many editors and sometimes different people give different ideas to improve on the writing and the article. Leia, my 2.5 month old Pomeranian pup, is getting to be more obedient by the day and perhaps we can save $1,500 from sending it to obedience training by learning dog training via Youtube and Pomeranian websites. They are so adorable and the white ones are supposedly more expensive and favoured. As for me, I will never trade my brown puppy for another. I have grown accustomed to its antics and behaviour.
