[Video] Auspicious April | 365 Poems

Auspicious April – A Divine Awakening | 365 Poems

April arrives like a gentle whisper from heaven—soft, refreshing, and full of divine promise. As part of our 365 Poems journey, today we honor this season's beauty and spiritual richness with a poem titled “Auspicious April.” Inspired by Scripture and the unfolding of spring, this poem serves as a heartfelt reminder that God is always at work in our lives—making all things new.

April is often associated with renewal, rebirth, and fresh beginnings. The cold and stillness of winter gradually fade, and life reemerges in their place. Buds bloom, skies brighten, and the air carries hope. In this gentle transformation atmosphere, “Auspicious April” draws its breath. The poem speaks of nature awakening under God’s hand, just as our souls are revived through His Word.

“For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone.”Song of Solomon 2:11

The Scriptures echo what we see in the world around us during April. Trees that stood bare now burst forth with green leaves; flowers that once hid beneath the soil blossom with joy. In every detail of this renewal, we see the Creator's love—a reflection of how He works in our hearts. No matter how barren our season may have seemed, God promises a springtime of the soul.

“Behold, I make all things new.”Revelation 21:5

In Auspicious April, the poem reminds us of these truths using rich, lyrical language and biblical references. From the whispering breeze to the blooming fields, each stanza is a call to notice God's handiwork—not just in the world but within ourselves. It challenges us to step out in faith, embrace new beginnings, and trust God’s divine timing.

April is also the month when Christians worldwide celebrate Easter—the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This holy season brings the ultimate assurance of hope, victory, and new life. Just as Christ rose from the grave, we can also rise from our struggles, doubts, and fears.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.”Matthew 28:6

The poem captures this essence, weaving resurrection themes into April's natural rebirth. It’s not merely a poem for the season—it’s a spiritual reflection, a moment of pause, and a reminder that our God is the Author of all life and new beginnings.

As part of our 365 Poems project, “Auspicious April” invites you to slow down, look up, and breathe in this beautiful month's blessings. Whether you’re seeking encouragement, a deeper connection with God, or simply a moment of quiet reflection, this poem offers a space to reconnect with the divine rhythm of life.

May your April be truly auspicious—filled with purpose, promise, and the presence of our Lord.

In this powerful passage from the Gospel of John, Jesus speaks directly to His disciples, offering comfort and reassurance in the face of uncertainty. As He prepares to leave them, Jesus shares a profound promise that resonates deeply with believers today: a promise of peace, hope, and an eternal home with God.

In John 14:1-3, Jesus says:
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am."

In this video, we break down these verses, exploring:
🔹 The context of Jesus’ words and what they meant to His disciples.
🔹 How these promises provide us with comfort during times of trial and loss.
🔹 The incredible assurance that Jesus has prepared a place for each of His followers in His Father’s house.
🔹 What it means for us to trust in Jesus and rest in His peace.

Whether you're seeking peace during challenging times or desiring a deeper understanding of God's eternal promise, this video will encourage and strengthen your faith.

This picture was taken from my Instagram account. See the matching pair of colors like Christmas of green and red in this photo. The strawberries certainly look tempting.

I try to take a break now and then. Be kind to your mind is the gist. I have to take care of myself, else I might catch the flu easily and this will usually last for a couple of weeks to even months. It can be rather difficult to recover from a simple influenza, despite the supplements taken, which is actually food full of preservatives. Sometimes, supplements are over-rated. It is a case of very good marketing gimmick by the salesman.

Anyway, happy Sunday today, everyone. Stay safe, stay healthy and most of all, Stay HAPPY! Till the next post, that's it for this week's blog post.
